What we do

Four practices.One team.

Strategy, intelligence, software and design from one integrated team. Whatever you're trying to win, an election, a union campaign, an issue before government or a company's reputation, we build for it.

01The practices

Pick what you need.

Media monitoring, strategic advice, design and data in one place, with the people who know how to get it done.

  • /01

    Strategy

    How do we win this?

A path to victory with a vote target per riding, a contact plan to hit it and a weekly check against the returns. The same method plans bargaining or an organizing drive, a government relations file, or a company's response when an issue lands.

    What you get

A written plan, a target you can count and a weekly check against it.

    Intelligence

What's moving, and where do we stand?

Our team reads the waters: the voter file, the polls and the coverage. We tell you what they mean and what to do next. On a government relations file, we follow the debates, committees and announcements on your issue.

    What you get

A short briefing, and a call when something moves.

    Intelligence, on Estuary
  • /03

    Software

    We reject templates.

We build the software we use, for the race, the file or the company in front of us. We call it Estuary: Media Monitoring, Social Media, Ad Tracking, Data and campaign tools all in one place. For any other province, or a federal or city race, we build the maps. Our team reads it and briefs you, and the platform is yours to use.

    What you get

Software built for your race or your file, and a briefing, a map or a call from one of us.

    Design

Will it land with the people you need to reach?

Brand, print, digital and video, made from the same intelligence as the plan. We make it for campaigns and unions, and for businesses and nonprofits outside politics too.

    What you get

Brand, print, digital and video from one team, made from the same plan.

02Where to start

Start with the fight, not the practice.

Tell us what you're up against. We'll help you get started.

  • An election campaign

One team sets the vote target, writes the plan and checks it every week. Estuary maps your riding down to the neighbourhood and reads the coverage of your race, and the lit and ads are built on the same plan. SALMON and TROUT cover BC and Alberta. For any other race in Canada, we build the maps.

  • A union campaign

We plan bargaining, an organizing drive or political action the way we'd plan an election. Estuary shows where your members live, riding by riding, and follows your table in the news and the legislature. The member mailers and the public campaign come from the same team.

  • An issue before government

We map how the decision gets made and the case to make at each step. Estuary follows your file in the legislature, the news and on social media, and our team tells you when it moves. The briefing decks and one-pagers come from the same team.

  • An issue coming for your company

Estuary watches news, radio, TV and social media for your company and your issues, and can put your sites on a live map. Our team tells you how serious a story is. If it lands, the same team plans what to say and makes the materials.

  • Something to make

Design works from the same intelligence as the plan: who you need to reach and what moves them. Brand, print, digital and video, for political work or not.
